CHGCMDDFT CMD(STRPRTWTR) NEWDFT('FORMTYPE(*ALL *NOMSG)')

Be aware that once this is done, the iSeries will NOT issue messages when
there is a formtype change required that is not being handled by a system
reply list entry.

This could cause serious consternation on the part of users and/or operators
if they look in the outq and see a spooled file ready, the outq at WTR
status, but NOT printing, since no message will be issued to the message
queue associated with the printer.
