It gives at least a starting point for analyzing mail problems. Due to a false DNS entry our AS/400 didn't even find our mail server. Why can't IBM just send a message to qsysopr saying "mail server doesn't respond" ??? Instead, SNDDST says ok, mail sent. And no other indication that something is wrong besides not sending the e-mail. Regards, Oliver
