External UPS (with no documentation!!!) was beeping, has a light on front
labeled FAULT which was lit, hit the reset button and it went quiet and
light off. However, there is a light on front labeled LOAD ON BYPASS which
is lit. Does this mean that the UPS is supplying power or something else?
Is there a way to tell where the 400 is pulling its power from?
