I heartily recommend using the Internet method of getting PTFs. That usually gives me better results. If it's a matter of size, you can get an FTP download that is basically unlimited.

The first one is valid, the second is superseded by SI09919. But the process should handle that - the Internet process usually does very well.

Are these valid PTF numbers?  What _should_ he request in order to be
up-to-date on his SNMP PTFs?
