Heeeeeeee! "CACKLING"!  My wife will love that, Zak.

And you're right, putting faces to names is important; it can really
help to iron out any misperceptions between people.  Brad and I used to
really whang on each other all the time until we met at a conference
and, after chatting, realized we weren't so different philosophically
after all.

Besides, from a self-preservation standpoint I realized that he's much
taller than I am (although I probably outweigh him <grin>).
