Yes, there is a way, but it involves some programming.  There is nothing in
the OS that does it for you.

Midrange Computing magazine published a technique many years ago that
involved a break message handling program that allowed you to 'attach' to
an active job and view the contents of qtemp.

I don't have the code, nor a link to it, but you could start at thier
website.
