Three of the items on your list are OS/400 API's and are documented in the
InfoCenter.  I don't know about the others.

QSYRTVSA - Retrieve Security Attributes API
QGYOLJOB - Open List of Jobs API
QSZRTVPR - Retrieve Product Information API
