Hi Tom,

The Internet Printing Protocol (IPP) depends upon HTML for its transport.
The IPPSVR process on your iSeries or AS/400 host allows you to receive
files to be printed onto your IBM host from IPP Clients.

If you don't have any users that use this printing protocol to send data to
the IBM host in question, you can turn the IPPSVR process off and nothing
will be negatively impacted.
