You're wrong!

I've just run a CPYLIB at V5R2. All files were brought over with all
records, including deleted records. Check the job log for your CPYLIB
command.

Also, if you have PDM you can clean this up by listing:

WRKOBJPDM LIB(<library1>) OBJ(*ALL) OBJTYPE(*FILE) OBJATR('pf-dta')

Then executing a user defined option for each object with:

  CPYF FROMFILE(&L/&N) TOFILE(<library2>/&N) FROMMBR(*ALL)
 TOMBR(*FROMMBR) MBROPT(*REPLACE) FROMRCD(1)

Unless you're looking at an insane amount of data, or a lot of dependent
access paths.

Subject: CPYLIB and no records copied

Hello all,

Has anyone noticed a change in the CPYLIB command? Last year, I would clear
my test library, then do a CPYLIB FROMLIB(production) TOLIB(test)
CRTLIB(*NO) to refresh my test library with new data.

Now, it seems that all of the files are brought over, but they have zero
data records!

I'd hate to think I'll have to individually copy files from prodcution to
test. Tell me I'm wrong!

William
