You may want to try the following PTF's:

SI09523
SI10153

They fixed the problem for us.

I started getting the same error after i installed the latest cume last week
.. i also have the SI09637 installed (it was installed after the cume)

i still have the same error .... i guess its time to call IBM

This might be same one as discussed on 10/14 - a pre-req ptf left off cd's.
