Booth: I wholeheartedly agree, although this has been a learning process for both IBM, and us as a user community. I use the information center for just about everything, but when I just can't find documentation on something that's been around for a dog's age, I walk down the hall and pull out my trusty V2R3 manuals, which was the last release where they put out good documentation. For example, both the API finder and the System Value finder are just excellent, but try finding out information about a "prompt override program" for a *CMD object, I dare you. Also, moving from paper to screens for us old, grey, balding folks has been an adventure. Over the last year or so I have made unflattering comments about Infocenter. In my opinion they were accurate and deserved. However... lately they're getting it right. :) Using Infocenter is becoming a true pleasure. It has become a well designed and intuitive site. This is very encouraging. In any event, my thanks to the people at Infocenter. Job well done. --------------------------------------------------------- Booth Martin http://www.MartinVT.com Booth@xxxxxxxxxxxx --------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
