I forget the parties involved but last I checked Blackberry is being sued
(and successfully so far) by the folks that have the trademark/patent on
the push, etc., technology that Blackberry is using.

Uh, this has been in almost every business and general trade rag for at
least a year...

As I recall, and this may have changed in the last several months, the
prevailing party had no interest in Blackberry staying in business and in
effect stated that when they finally win Blackberry was toast...
