I use software downloaded from:

Cost is $195.  I needed their help to initially set it up, but since 
then no problems.  Have used it for a couple of years.  Job schedule 
entries (I created) sync it to time.nist.gov once an hour.  Also 
functions as a time server.  All PCs in our office sync to it every hour.
