Is QPQUPRFIL Hardcoded to QSYS

I have a library above QSYS in my libl which has QPQUPRFIL printer file in
it with the outq value of my outq.  

This all worked fine for me at V5R1, but then they upgraded to V5R2 and now
when I run queries, they are going to the outq assigned to the copy in the
QSYS lib (which happens to be out system printer, causing my queries to
print right away; not a good thing in my case).  

If I change the query to put the printout on hold, then it appears in my
outq as it did before the upgrade.
