Thread-topic: 4028 Printer

We have an old 4028 printer.  Our operator changed the toner/developer 
cartridge and now it won't sync.  We have replaced that cartridge with yet 
another, checked and changed cables, even IPL'd.  We can't get it back online. 
Any ideas??
