Create a command specifically for this user/testing
application.

Use the Product Library (PRDLIB) parameter on the CRTCMD
command to specify your own library.   This will cause the
library to be inserted above the User Library entries in the
job's library list for the length of time that the command
runs.

Specify *YES to the Allow Limited Capability User
(ALWLMTUSR) parameter.  This will permit a Limited
Capability User to run this command.

Give your User *USE authority to the command, and give
*PUBLIC *EXCLUDE (unless you want everyone testing).

This should work just fine for you.
