Has anyone ran this command and measured its results in response time, load balancing and overall effectiveness?

I know it can run while your system is active with users...any feedback on that as well?

We have a 35 gig house and are adding 30 more...any data as to approximations when disk balancing would be completed if we DIDN'T run STRASPBAL?
