Use Object journal, Set on your audit journal system value QAUDCTL to
*OBJAUD, then use command CHGOBJAUD to set OBJAUT to *USRPRF or *ALL.
Then you will know who hold your jobq. Hope this can help you.

that did not run.

Where can I discover who or what did it?
