Joe, It's probably *not* an H-1B: They're too expensive nowadays. It's probably L-1 worker billing out at $ 60.00 per hour, getting paid in rupees (or whatever native currency his home province uses) at an annual rate equivalent to approximately $ 5000.00 (USD). I know this to be factual, just can't tell you where because of possible retribution.
