The author of this article is doing a lot of editorializing and not very
much reporting.

"We consider any system over 3 years old to be legacy..." "does anyone know
where we can get VAX parts..."  "No one in India will do RPG..."  These
quotes are not mainstream.  This whole article seems written by someone with
