Well, this looks like a good news/bad news scene. They apparently know of the problem, but don't know how to fix it. Have you called it into IBM yet, and are your PTFs current?? Provide this dump listing to your service provider. However, if there is an exception condition in the system, the file system dump request may not complete successfully.
