For the obvious reasons: it is more readable, maintainable, and not clutterded 
with enddo's or endifs.

But if you want it fully procedural:

c                   DoW       *INLR = *OFF
c     ORDER         Setll     BLPART
c     ORDER         Reade     BLPART                            99
