Jim,

We had to get our Cannon copier upgraded to use a newer firmware before we
could get ours to work. I'm not exactly sure what model we have....

Subject: canon iR330

I have a Canon ir330 copier/printer lan attached to iSeries at V5r1.
Knowledge Base recommends *HP4 as mfrtypmdl, and using *ibmsnmpdrv, and port
9100.
(knowledgebase says pjl not supported, but snmp is.
Writer starts, but when trying to print, status goes to SIGW. Get error msg
CPD337F
Remote device rejected an attempt by the writer to open a connection.

Any ideas? (have several of these printers).
