No.  That would just mean the first record passed to the program would be from
the secondary file and MR would not be *ON.  If using record ID indicators of 01
on the primary and 02 on the secondary,  the indicators would be:

  *IN01 = *Off
  *IN02 = *On
  *INMR = *Off
