RE: when to DLTOVR

Once a file is open OVRDBF ceases to affect it.  Issuing DLTOVR will have no
effect unless you close the file and then open it again.

My question is, if I follow the file open with a DLTOVR, will the override
settings 'stick' for the opened file (file stays open for the duration of
the job)?
