I issue an OVRDBF within a C program, followed by file open of the file that
the override targeted.

My question is, if I follow the file open with a DLTOVR, will the override
settings 'stick' for the opened file (file stays open for the duration of
the job)?

Alternatively I could wait till file close time to perform the DLTOVR but it
would make my code a lot cleaner if I could simply do it right after the
file open, provided the override parameters stay in effect.
