If you have installed the Openness includes, you can look in QSYSINC/H
member ERRNO.  I believe Scott Klement's sockets tutorial has a /COPY member
for RPG (see the faq at http://faq.midrange.com)  Also, the C function
strerror(errno) will generate the text from the message number.
