>Could they try it for themselves? sure. Do you truly believe that a professional group could possibly have deployed something of this magnitude without trying it for themselves? Writing rants *here* will do us as much good as putting them on the bulletin board at the local grocery store next to the 'lost cat' notices. Write them. Be specific about what you do not like. Failure to do so will result in extending the duration of your frustration. Do be aware that changes to the Infocenter only happen to the latest version. So, if the current OS release is V5R2, there will be no further changes to the Infocenters for V5R1, V4R5, and below. I have used the feedback mechanism quite a lot. Like any group, the Infocenter people do not want to be branded as failures. They are listening. It is my personal experience that they are very willing to enhance Infocenter in ways which make it easier for us to find what we want. --buck
