Sometimes you'll get a status of "On order" in DSPPTF. These cannot be downloaded. You need to use DLTPTF to clear these up. That command removes the records from wherever DSPPTF gets the information.

You can DSPPTF to an outfile, then SQL on SCSTATUS to find these. Do a select distinct scstatus first to see what values are in there.
