I had the same problem. Choose 'Advanced Options' on the ptf order screen.
There should be an option to re-order the ptf's, even if they exist on the
system. I chose this and was able the regenerate my ptf order.

Subject: retrying iPtf

How do you retry your iPtf order. On Friday, I submitted an order for ptf's
to be delivered by ftp. The iso images were there and I started an ftp
session to retrieve the data. Sometime during the download, our internet
connection went south. This is Wed. From what I understand, the ptfs are
only there for 48 hours but when I try to go back into iPtf to try again,
it tells me that they were already downloaded. How do I retry?

Thanks,

Mark
