I just received my UPS packages. I've learned a few things: 1) Not to use UPS for my own shipping. 2) Try to order ptf's to down load via FTP instead of having them sent on CD-ROM when using iPTF. 3) If I do use CD-ROM, never attempt to save IBM some money by using priority 2. Always use priority 1. 4) If I do use CD-ROM, select a shipper and select Airborne over UPS every time. Adding that to what I already knew: 1) Never use ECS. Use iPTF instead.
