Have you looked at the email header and the Received history that is listed
there?  It should tell you where the slow down is.  I doubt it very much that
the email is taking a nap at David's place. ;-)

Also, you could have easily gotten David's email address by going the website
listed at the bottom of every email on this list and do a little research there.
