You might want to make sure that line isn't reserved for restricted ECS 
support.  Try
WRKHDWRSC *CMN and paste the results.

You do use an interesting term - Converting from twinax to TCP/IP.  Are 
you talking about:
- Replacing all twinax devices with PC's for the displays and marknet 
devices for the printers?
- Removing the twinax card from the iSeries and installing either Op's 
console or Lan console for your system console?
- Keeping a few twinax devices but no twinax card.  Instead attaching them 
to a 5494 or 3rd party and attaching that to your iSeries via TCP/IP?
- Or did you really have the TDLC device originally used to connect an 
AS/400 to a S/36 via twinax?
