This can get ugly real quickly.

Like Joe alluded to, we could be in danger of lessening the great thing this 
list is. Personally, I think the issue is basic education. There are some who 
use this list instead of doing the slightest amount of research before posing. 
I have a problem with these postings.

This is very true and certainly an issue. As David said, with regard to 
outsourcing, this is probably more of a Corporate or Government Issue and 
should be addressed there.
