The problem seems to be that CIO's are abdicating all decision making to the CFO, hence the incredible rise in outsourcing, despite its track record of failure, and the decisions based on 90 day return rather than long term TCO. Which is why I think anybody who wants to sell themselves has to sell to the CFO. You'll be seeing that in the next release of PSC/400. It's all about saving money. Joe
