These are both for V5R2 - is that the release they are on?

The first one is for Project support in RSE - the second is something called Agent Controller - something with WAS, maybe. I was able to see cover letters. I have the former on our V5R2 machine - I'm pretty sure I got on iPTF.

The customer may never be wrong, but they always lie. ;-)

He has been told he has to open an hourly support contract to be able to
order PTF's over the phone.  Has anyone heard of PTF's that are only
available over the phone?

He swears these are the right numbers.

Any ideas on how to get them?  Maybe my customer is wrong? (How could
that be?)
