ftp exit point programs.

The FAQ has a list of them.  I'm really tempted to make mine open source. 
Instead of security by obscurity then people would hopefully report leaks 
to me.  The result is that I would have a better program.

I have a remote user who needs to upload files to IFS via FTP.  I want to 
set up the profile so that the user id is locked to accessing ONLY their 
IFS directory.  I don't want them to be able to issue the CD command and 
get to any other folders, directories, etc.

How do I do that?
