Jerome, I find this statement unbelievable and contrary to all of IBM's past history. I assume that somewhere, somehow, someone on either end of the conversation is misunderstanding something. The are very good at helping us deal with self-inflicted injuries. Sometimes it happens that in order to solve a particular problem, the customer needs to take certain steps before IBM can assist. Something along the lines of "You're so far back in your cumulative PTF's that you need to apply the latest pack before we can support you." Perhaps it's something like that. Are you referring to SupportLine or hardware maintenance? Regards, Andy Nolen-Parkhouse > We have heard from IBM technical support (twice) that if the % system > ASP used > on your AS400 exceeds 85% they will no longer support your > installation? > > Is there any credence to this? > > Jerome Draper
