I don't normally bother replying to small-minded comments, but I really take
exception to this. Steve your remarks are racist and have no place on any
discussion board. An apology is required. And you would do well to remember
that there are many flavours of English throughout the world, it amazes me
that you think yours is the only correct one.

Totally off-topic, Karthick...

What planet did you come from, Karthick, to suggest this?  I don't see that
your suggestion has _anything_ to do with this thread.  You must not
subscribe to Midrange-Jobs, or you would better understand my comments, in
light of recents threads there about outsourcing, particularly offshore.

And, get a better handle on the use of English.  All of my Indian associates
claim that everyone in India speaks English.  Instead of saying "and
resource also of quality", why can't you just say "with quality resources".
If you and your ilk are truly going to make a place for yourselves in the US
IT market, learn to speak the language the way _we_ do...
