Dictionary migration from S36 to AS400

We have an AS400 with SSP installed running old S36 Application (virtual
S36 machine)

I need to rebuilt under OS400, the Dictionary which is running on S36
Machine 

I save this S36 Dictionary  on a  disk file with command  SAVEFLDR on
S36 Machine

I transfer the file  to QS36F library via APPC on the AS400 environment

I try to restore this Dictionary command  RSTS36FLR under AS400 in order
to get an AS400 Dictionary but no success

 

If anyone knows the answer, I will really appreciate,

I hope I will not have to rebuild fields by fields, format by format and
file by file.

 

Sorry for my bad English , I am not an AS400 specialist,( but I use 36
for a long time), and I use it essentially for running S36 virtual
machine.
