Better late than never! I think that I used QSYS/RTVWSCST DEVTYPE (*TRANSFORM). If you do that and prompt you will get more options. You can prompt on the "Manufacturer type and model" and fill in the blanks on where you want the source to go. I never figured it out completely. Another project got bumped up in priority and I had to put this on the back burner for now although if you have any suggestions I could probably squeeze out some time to try them. Thanks. I stashed the answer away, just in case someday I'd need it. Well, today's the day. The problem is, I can't seem to figure out just how to retrieve the source for a *WSCST object. When I prompt the Retrieve WSCST source (RTVWSCST) command, I get a list of device types, not a list of *WSCST objects. So how do I get the source of the QWPHP5SI work station customization object so that I can tweak the paper drawer? > -----Original Message----- > From: Simon Coulter [SMTP:shc@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] > Sent: Monday, June 30, 2003 6:35 PM > To: Midrange Systems Technical Discussion > Subject: RE: Copier printing > > > Hello David, > > You will have to find out the PCL incantations that select the paper > trays.
