Brad, I have been running under OS400 V5.1 the Admin - Apache server using SSL. My PC is Win2K Pro SP4 as yesterday, and works still. Is your customer only allowing an encryption method that Win2K does not like? Here is my SSL config for the Admin server: 6 LoadModule ibm_ssl_module /QSYS.LIB/QHTTPSVR.LIB/QZSRVSSL.SRVPGM 7 Listen 2001 8 Listen 2010 9 AccessFileName .htaccess 10 UseCanonicalName Off 11 SetEnv HTTPS_PORT 2010 12 DirectoryIndex index.html 13 <VirtualHost *:2010> 14 SSLEnable 15 SSLAppName QIBM_HTTP_SERVER_ADMIN 16 </VirtualHost> Christopher K. Has anyone else had problems with AS/400 SSL and Win2k, specifically the Apache web server? I have a customer who is having problems only on Win2k machines and their Apache website which is running through SSL. It will just stop and bomb and throw a trace about SSL Init errors. I did a trace for IBM (since they are working with them) but I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this. Seems odd, but it works fine on all other OSs, Win9x, XP, Linux, Browser or Browser version doesn't seem to make a difference.
