From: Alan Kincer [mailto:w2kprofessional@xxxxxxxxx] Subject: Moving PC files to HTTP server >What is a good way to transfer my existing .html, .gif, .jpg etc. files to >the 400? >What library are the files placed in? >Since libraries are apparently a linear "bus"-style directory structure how >are hierarchical "folders" managed? As an experiment, once I had set up my "www" folder using the HTTP admin tools, I simply opened the IFS using ISeries Navigator, which has the same look and feel as Windows Explorer, used Windows Explorer to get to my locally defined site and drag copied the complete structure from the PC to the IFS. Handles hierarchical folders just fine. And the HTTP server works like a charm. >Last but not least. Is there a way to associate MIME types (i.e. .swf files >to Flash player)? Haven't played with that, or even php. Am interested as well though. Dale
