Sigh.  Sorry to be a PITA.  I _thought_ I was being helpful.  Here is the
link: please review and let me know if you want to make changes.  There are
two choices:
1) Append your own comments
2) I can edit the existing entry, since the
     system considers me the author.
3) I can delete the thing and someobdy else
     more qualified than I can add the entry.
     Actually, everybody is more qualified than me!
