WRKJOBJS lets you manipulate jobs which are scheduled to run in the job
scheduler. Jobs here are run automatically at the date and time you
specify. Use this command to change the time a scheduled job will run, or
to add/remove a job from the automatic schedule.
WRKUSRJOB lets you manipulate jobs that belong to a particular user. Use
this command to see what jobs a user has run, or is running, or has placed
on a job queue.

The Work Management manual is the book to read to understand how work flows
through the system.
