I am not certain if this helps or not, but there is a separate Netserver
profile which is magically attached to the standard user profile.  It is
possible to disable the Netserver profile while still being able to use the
standard profile.  On green screen just do a CHGUSRPRF - you don't actually
need to change anything, just press Enter.  You can also use Ops Nav to see
and re-set these disabled profiles.
