RE: Can't update IFS anymore

If you are using Windows 2000 service pack 3 and connecting to a machine
running V4R5, this is a known problem and here is the solution.
 
Make sure the following PTF's are installed - MF26320 and MF26538 (if
not, get them)
Run following commands on your 400:
  ENDTCPSVR *NETSVR

  CALL QZLSADFS (QZLSMUX$ '/qibm' x'00000005' x'00000000'
  'SA95732 - Windows 2000 SP3' x'00000002' x'ffffffff'
  x'00000000')

  STRTCPSVR *NETSVR

I had this occurring at a client site and fixed it right up, this info
came from apar MA26058

Do you have Zone Alarm running on your PC?  This happened to me once
because Zone Alarm was configured incorrectly.
