Here is some rough stuff....I'm excluding a lot of the obvious defaults.
For the most part the crtitical things are the adapter adresses and
exchange ID's. I've stuck in your addresses and system names where
appropriate. It's pretty simple but just focus on that the information for
TRNLINE on SYSTEM 1 needs to be in the controller system on SYSTEM 2 and
vice versa. Ah, the old days when my bible was AS/400 Communications
Definitions Examples Volumes 1 and 2. I don't think I'm forgetting
anything.

Would anybody happen to be able to be able to point me to a step-by-step

procedure for setting up an APPN link between two of our systems, to run
some

DDM experiments? I've never done it before, and so far, nothing I've read
makes
much sense, and nothing I've tried works.

System 1 (40S,
V4R2):
SYSNAME/CPNAME/LCLOCNAME: JUPITER
Adapter address:
400000000020

System 2 (200, V3R2):
SYSNAME/CPNAME/LCLLOCNAME:
PLUTO
Adapter address: 400000000000
