I'm a little confused about the terminology he's using. Does he mean
programs/modules that read a file Primary. Or, programs/modules that have
cycle code in them. Correct me if I'm wrong, but unless the NOMAIN H spec
is specified, the compiler adds cycle code whether there is a primary file
or not.
