move it there for testing.

End and Restart the subsystem the autostart job entry is in. If you cannot
end the subsystem, create a new subsystem and place the AJE there. Make
sure the routing entries are the same. This is usually a library list
issue
and I would look at the job description library list compared to your
library list.

Does anyone know if there is a way to initiate an "autostart job
entry" without an IPL of the system. I have a job that I am trying to
run and if I simply submit it myself it works fine but when it runs
through the autostart it fails. I don't want to have to wait for an IPL to
get a clean test.
